We recommend arriving the day before so you can settle in, rest, and be fully present from the moment we begin. You'll get far more out of the event walking in refreshed than rushing in tired.

Yes — and we'd encourage it. One of our favourite sessions is built specifically for spouses, with a dedicated spouse track on day one: how to build a life and a business on the same team. Your spouse leaves understanding what you're building and why.

There's something that happens in the room that you simply can't recreate by explaining it over dinner afterwards. When your spouse is there, they see it for themselves — and they walk out knowing this is both of yours.

Spouses do need their own ticket, so please register them separately.

Absolutely. We only ask that you walk them through a Step One first, so they arrive with a basic understanding of who we are and what we do — the event lands far better when it isn't their very first introduction.

Guests also need their own ticket.

To qualify for a refund, you must be present for the full duration of the first two days of the event, seated in the front section and actively taking notes. If at the end of those two days you feel the event was a complete waste of your time and you got no value from it at all, we'll refund your ticket in full. Refund requests must be submitted in person at the end of the final session on the second day.
