These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wealthbuildersevents.com and your purchase of tickets to the Unleash Your Greatness — Rise of the Builders event (the "Event") hosted by Wealth Builders, operated by KR Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and attend the Event. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Ticket payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. The ticket price includes a 3.5% card processing fee. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under all circumstances. Please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
This Event is an educational training event for existing agents to learn about the business system, the products and services, and how the business works. All materials and presentations are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing at the Event or on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, insurance product, or financial product.
Income and results depend entirely on the individual. Any earnings, income, or results referenced by, or achieved by, any speaker, agent, or attendee are based on that individual's own effort, skill, dedication, and performance, and are not typical or guaranteed. Building a business involves risk and hard work. We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any income at all. Your results will vary, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
We reserve the right to change the Event's speakers, schedule, agenda, or venue, and to postpone or reschedule the Event, without liability. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date.
Admission is a revocable license. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any attendee who is disruptive, violates these Terms, or acts unlawfully or unsafely, without refund. You agree to follow all venue rules and staff instructions.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you grant us and our affiliates the irrevocable right to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, without compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Event or your use of this website. You agree to hold harmless KR Management LLC, Wealth Builders, International Wealth Builders INC, World Financial Group, World Group Securities, Aegon, Aegon NV, and all affiliates of the Aegon Group from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the Event.
All content on this website and presented at the Event — including text, graphics, logos, and video — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
